Gaziantep Main Production Facility
In our Gaziantep main production facilities, on a total area of 256,000 ㎡;
- Pet preform production facility with an annual capacity of 240,000 tons in a closed area of 93,600 ㎡,
- Pet resin production facility with an annual capacity of 500,000 tons in 35,000 ㎡ closed area,
- Recycling facility with an annual capacity of 72,000 tons in a closed area of 41,100 ㎡,
- PE cap production facility with an annual capacity of 18.200 tons in a closed area of 13.000 ㎡,
- Flexible packaging production facility with an annual capacity of 21,600 tons in a closed area of 9,000 ㎡,
- PET sheet production facility with an annual capacity of 22,500 tons in 8,000 ㎡ closed area,
- We operate in a closed area of 6,000 ㎡,
with a pet bottle and jar production facility with an annual capacity of 300 tons, in a closed area of 205,700 ㎡. We provide both production and after-sales technical support with our expert staff.
Sakarya/Hendek Production Facility
KÖKSAN Sakarya/Hendek facility started production in the last quarter of 2015. The total area is 30.000 m2, of which 15.000 m2 is closed area. PET PREFORM is produced for the water, carbonated and still beverage sectors at the facility. It meets the needs of customers with a capacity of 7.500.000 pet preforms per day/piece. Sakarya/Hendek facility operates in both production and technical support with its expert employees and close proximity to customers in the region.
Yumurtalık Liquid Tank Area
In Adana Yumurtalık Free Zone, there is a liquid tank farm/field integrated with the pipeline to Toros Tekfen Port. There are 18 tanks with a liquid storage capacity of 43.000 tons, which are made of stainless chrome material in various capacities. 10.500 m2 of the total area of 33.000 m2 is in operation so far, and with 11 tanks with a capacity of 40.000 tons under construction, the total number of tanks will reach 29 and the total tonnage will reach approximately 83,000 tons.
Mono-Ethylene-Glycol (MEG), one of the raw materials used in PET Resin production in Gaziantep, is currently stored in the facility, which has been in operation since July 2018. Different chemicals such as DEG, Costik Soda, Sulifik Asic, Styrene Monomer can be stored in the additional tanks under construction. A total of 5 personnel, including 1 white collar and 4 blue collar staff, are employed at the facility.
Bonded Warehouse
Our warehouse with a closed area of 10.000 m2, located 800 meters from Gaziantep Customs Directorate, offers a place where companies in the sector can safely entrust their products as A type bonded general warehouse. All products taken into the warehouse are insured. Products are unloaded with the utmost precision and care by experienced personnel; Damages that occur during transportation are photographed and recorded during the downloading phase. Official processes regarding the downloaded products are carried out duly with great care. Our warehouse continues its activities with a customer and solution-oriented service approach.
