Forced Labor Prohibition
We aim to develop open and trusting relationships with our employees and demonstrate good labor practices. We are aware that the way to this is through mutual dialogue and communication. We undertake not to employ any of our employees under any pressure or based on debt, and to employ all of our employees in appropriate positions with their consent, under equal conditions. We expect the same commitment from our business partners. For this purpose, we carry out on-site inspections when necessary. We adopt the principle of volunteering in overtime work. We do not force any of our workers to work overtime who do not show their written consent for overtime work. We want to make sure that our business partners also work according to the same rules. All our employees in our organization;
- They can leave the production area in their spare time without having to ask for permission,
- With appropriate notice, they can leave the job and freely terminate their employment,
- They can go out of the facilities outside of working hours,
- They cannot be compelled to pawn their personal belongings,

Principles of Employment of Child and Young Workers
Since no workers under the age of 18 are recruited in our production departments, children and young workers are not employed. However, vocational high school students can be employed as trainee young workers within the framework of the rules determined by the relevant school.
- The safety, health, physical, mental, moral and psycho-social development, personal disposition and abilities of the intern are taken into consideration during the placement and during the work.
- Interns are employed in jobs that will contribute to vocational education that will not hinder their school attendance and success at school.
- It is ensured that the interns are protected against any risk that may endanger their development, health and safety due to lack of experience, ignorance of current or potential risks or not being fully developed.
- Interns cannot be employed more than 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week.
Prevention of Harassment, Abuse and Abuse
