We are aware that being indispensable is possible by meeting the changing and developing customer expectations/demands fully and accurately.
Customer Satisfaction Management System
As KÖKSAN Holding, in order to ensure and increase the satisfaction of our customers;
- Easily convey customers' requests and complaints,
- Evaluation of such requests and complaints in a fair, transparent and careful manner,
- Providing feedback to customers as soon as possible,
- To explain, implement and maintain the customer satisfaction policy in all its units.
- To fulfill the financial and operational requirements,
- Considering the inputs of customers, staff and other stakeholders,
- We are committed to implementing, maintaining and improving TS ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management Systems, and we are committed to sharing this with the public
